This course is a step-by-step online training for public health researchers, academics and decision-makers and others. It focuses on how to design and demonstrate Implementation research projects. With the objective to improve control of infectious diseases of poverty and generate better health outcomes.
TDR is a department of the World Health Organisation. This project lasted a year and a half, and counted with the participation of a dozen mentors and health experts from around the world.
About the experience
I led the production of this project in 2017. It was an incredible experience to guide and receive all these people from different parts of the world in our studios. It was also a challenge to coordinate a project done by so many people and maintain consistency across the different modules throughout the project.
They wanted to make the final module more practical. For that we did a case study that was filmed in Senegal. It was an incredible experience! The challenge once again was to collaborate and make people who had never made a video before, become film-makers and co-writers.
The secret? Work hand on hand.
