Project Leadership & Coordination

Project leadership at the intersection of academia and humanitarian action, bridging experts, field actors, and production teams to deliver large-scale educational programs

Within EPFL, I played a central role in the leadership and coordination of an international MOOC developed with the ICRC, MSF, and EPFL research centers. Acting at the intersection of academia and humanitarian field expertise, I served as a strategic bridge between subject-matter experts, operational stakeholders, and production teams.

I oversaw the project from conception to delivery, contributing to the pedagogical design and ensuring alignment between learning objectives, field realities, and academic standards. I coordinated multidisciplinary experts and supported collaboration across institutions with diverse cultures and constraints.

I also planned and coordinated the production of nearly 100 educational videos and led the design of course materials, ensuring overall visual and structural coherence of the program. The role required strong diplomacy, organization, and collaboration skills to translate complex topics into clear and engaging educational content.
